Even in a typhoon, anime fans will show up for an event, just like they did with Anime/Manga Festival in Saitama this last weekend.
In the downpour of Typhoon that recently hit Japan, anime fans came out to the Anime/Manga Festival in Saitama (AniTamaSai) to cosplay and show off their Itasha (decaled cars) on October 22, 2017.
